Clutch Cable Adjustment?

So I finally got my 351W running in my Fox, and when I took her out on the maiden voyage. The clutch slips when I get on it above mid throttle and sometimes low-mid throttle positions. The fly wheel is a brand new 302 part for an 86' 5.0 stang that has been re-balanced to 28oz to work with the 351W, 5.0 starter and 5.0 stang bellhousing. The clutch disk and pressure plate were used for about 100 miles behind the original 302, but is still in excellent condition. The throw out bearing, and clutch cable are new. I havent looked yet but I think the quadrant is the stock part. Is there an adjuster on the clutch pedal? If not, what could I do to adjust the clutch linkages?

Note: The clutch disk, pressure plate and clutch cable were replaced by the previous owner, and I was never able to drive the car when I bought it because the engine was pulled out. The flywheel and throwout bearing are new parts that I put on when I put the 351W in.

Please any help given would be really appreciated.
