from experience, i would not use a blower car for regular use without an intercooler and therefore I would have to put one on. Others may not want to as it is not needed, but that is my choice. I said methanol injection at the least, but I would prefer an air to air since power disappears pretty quick with a non-intercooled blower car in texas.
If all it takes is a new IAC to fix the idle, then the idle should be fixed imo. I would bet that it would not fix the rolling idle and that is why the issue still persists.
