if the relay is clicking has power to it and none is comign out you got either a bad relay .. or a faulty wire in the plug of the relay end of story

if you have power to it and it clicks then the computer is trying to run the pump

so if nothing comes out then 1 the relay is not making the conection inside it or 2 the 12 v input or the pump- out put conector in the relays plug is messed up and allowing the pump wqire to conect to 12v
