Yeah, that was in plain print. It's the part that says if you CAN be claimed, but you WEREN'T... you still don't qualify that is in fine print. I still haven't read it myself, but my mom said she saw it somewhere under some tax laws. That's why I'm getting screwed... because my parents CAN claim me, but didn't. I think most likely because I still live at home. I assume that is what happened to Cody also if he does still live at home.
