That cam should work decent as long as you get a somewhat loose convertor (4500+rpms) and some gear in it (3.73-4.30 depending on weight of the car and tire size). I would suggest going with as much compression as you can afford to feed . If its going to be a track only car , go with around 12.0-1 . If you want it to be a street car , keep it under 10.5-1 .

As for heads , intake and carb . I have yet to see a larger stroked Windsor with AFR 205's run less than great . Intake wise , a used ported Vic Jr would work nicely along with a Mighty Demon or Holley HP 850-950 carb .

When it comes to pistons , you get what you pay for . I would look at something forged like the Probes or SRPs at the very minimum . I have Mahles in my 410W with an Eagle forged crank and 6.250 H beam rods .

I wouldn't get all jazzed out on the exhaust either . A set of MAC or BBK 1 3/4 long tubes and matching 3" mid pipe will work just fine and won't break the bank . Of course , if you run across some 1 7/8 Hooker Super Comps or Kooks for a decent price , snatch them up . Just make sure they are the same bolt pattern as the heads you choose .
