These apartments have contracts with these wrecker companies to pick up cars not parked correctly. No one calls them. They just troll through, see a victim and snag it up. Your only remedy is civil and it would cost more for an attorney than the fee. There are a couple of wrecker places that suck. Its just
a revinue deal. Be sure and tell the apartment complex they can pay for the tow or you
will not be reupping any lease.

Check your car good. They hook up as fast as they can cause it minimizes contact with
the owner so sometimes they drop or damage the car. If they damaged it they are resonsible.
