We're gonna sell it. Pass the word: $99,999 is what we'll list it as...
No webpage on it yet. I gotta get all of my junk outta here for it to be photogenic, y'know. LOL!
And we are still in the midst of fixing the little stuff. Gotta paint the outside yet and put the new garage doors on it. The inside only needs some tile finished in two of the bedrooms and a renter-off-white paint job throughout ...
