Get with Jody (96greengt) he's a good mod motor guy. I know how but its hard to explain on a computer. I would help you out but I work when most people are at home chillin and sleeping and I sleep when most people are working. Im sure with the right research you could do it your self. There used to be some really good forums I used on how to do it but their no longer available. Just Google or yahoo 4.6 timing how to. Its not really that hard. Its just risky if you've never done it before. The last thing you want with a engine fresh from the machine shop is PTV issues. Heres a pritty good link I just found. ---->
