I need to disconnect my battery on my stang, would that mess with my SCT tune? Should I reinstall the stock tune? Or can I just leave the custom tune installed and disconnect my battery and do what I need to do? I don't want to mess anything up. Has anybody here ever disconnected their battery with the tune installed? I want to make absolutely sure before I do anything.
