    65 Mustang Coupe

For sale is a 65 A-code coupe. Original 4bbl/4-speed car. Not sure if it will still run. Used to run 8 years ago on rebuilt 289. Lots of new restoration parts included new in boxes. Vehicle has lots of surface rust from sitting in weather only in primer. Installed new floor pans 8 years ago also. Car pretty solid, not all beat up and it has good glass. Hate to sell but it needs to go to a good home that has time to restore it. I would like $4000 but will entertain offers. Have no pics to post yet. Can get some soon.

how deep is that rust on the top? is it sandable or will the top need to be yanked? any interior shots? just curious how much of a project this actually is.

It will be sandable, from what I can tell. The interior is pretty much stripped. It had a complete new interior. The dash pad and door panels are still in the car and look bad for being so new because of sitting out so damn long. The seats were put up so there still nice. The new headliner is dirty from sitting and the carpet is gone. I have a new in packsges rear deck cover and all of the weatherstrips, felts, and rubbers for the doors and interior. About 10 years ago the interior looked showroom new.....

Come take a look at it. I am negotiable.
