65 mustang upper and lower radiator hoses bulged.out.

i drove the 65 stang the other day. the temp gauge stayed in the middle and was running fine. The elec fan didn't even kick on yet. But the one thing i did notice was the upper and lower radiator hoses were bulging out like they had alot of pressure built up. I was thinking i may need a new radiator that flows better cause i have a stock one in it right now. Let my know what you think. I didnt run it for a very long time btw maybe about 10 minutes each way. so im not sure if its in 100 degree weather if it will over heat.

maybe you need new hoses. Ive heard that they can sorta strtch out. If you upgrade id say go aluminum, supposed to run a bit cooler and definately look alot nicer. I plan to go aluminum later on in the '73.

yea i remember when i first started working on my car. i replaced the hoses, the old ones were all flimsy and the new ones were nice and strong.
