6x9s in a 89 GT

Well I've decided that the RF speakers i wanted for my rear were the 6x9 punch series 4 way speakers... instead of their 2 way 6x8 AND now I have the glory of finding a way to get them installed... Just wondering if anyone has done it before... and if they have any pictures/advice on what to do... atm were looking at making our own bracket out of fiberglass... Im sure we can do it... just wondering if anyone has an easier way I'd be suprised if I get a response... as ive looked tediously for anyone who has.

i would cut a baffle out of 1/2 or 3/4 mdf. fiberglass would be cool to but that seems like more work.

hello I had 6x8's in my 02 and I just made a 6x9 template and cut my deck to fit my 6x9's and it came out very clean.

yea the fiberglass idea is a lot of work... atm were thinking about making a rear seat delete and use that area for the 12" subs and angle them off at a 45 degree angle... then put some 6x9 enclosures on the box... but as for srswap's reply it'd be cool to see a picture of how it came out even tho i know mine wouldnt be anywhere close to it.
