My Girlfriend does the Frosty and fries thing at wendys... Whats up with that??? I think its kinda gross to.

Mac Sauce at Mc Donalds:

Thousand islands, Small onions, and some little bits of spices just to top it all off (such as salt and pepper) Oh yah, a DAB of mayo, for consistency.

Of course now that its manufactured, they do it different, but you get the jist.
