79 and 92 coupe for sale
I have a running 79 mustang, was used for racing at the track only. I also have a 92 coupe bare, my plans were to switch out the motor, trans, rear end all the drive train to the 92 and make a street car. The motor in the 79 is a 347, not sure what kind of internals it has I have not tore it apart yet, the trans is a C4. The 79 runs and drives, fires right up but not street legal and body is almost shot. The 92 is stripped, no motor or trans, just rear end and front suspension with tires. I stripped the car and was getting ready to get it painted, but a new project came up and am now deciding to work on that. I have a 3 core radiator that needs flushing, a nice set front and rear seats for the coupe, 6 pony rims and 3 " cowl hood. My plan was to run a street set on 4 of the rims and 2 slicks on the other 2. It has a B&M shifter, 4.10 gears and 8.8 rear end.The 92 has a dent on the driver door also the driver side rear fender has a little roll to it above the wheel, the paint and body guy I was gonna use said it should be no problem to fix. Stuff you will still need to finish project are door panels, carpet, paint and a little body work. If interested you can contact me at 979 201 1025 (Travis) I am asking $2500 for everything.
