8/28 car wash/ bbq at Dave's garage

I was thinking about hosting a car wash and bbq on Saturday August 28th at my car lot. Garage for working on /waxing cars, washing cars, etc. Or just sit back and grab a beer and hot dawg. Post here if you think you can make it so I can get an idea how many to expect. :woot:

P.S. I originally was planning this for Sept, but the way things are going I figure I might be out of business by then

Actually Patrick (Hi and where ya been?) I am attending a 6 week class and I just met these people

Couple things:

the address is 5137 Old Pearsall Rd, aka Farm Road 2536. Biz phone is 623-1711. I am a half mile south of SW Military Dr, near Kelly Field. Or you can take 410 south past hwy 90 get off at exit #2 Old Pearsall Rd, turn left to go inside the loop. I am 2 miles on the left side.

Look for a large white sign that says AUTO SALES, my address is on the mailbox. . I am next to West Campus Baptist Church, in a metal garage type bldg.

I will be cooking hot dawgs, and will try to have soda and beer available. You can bring whatever you want to throw on the grill if dawgs aint your thing. I will be there from 10am to 4pm, so come on by when it is convenient for you. Hope to see you out there.

As long as a gig doesn't pop up I'm there. If you have a shop there with a lift maybe I can talk some of these guys into helping me put some shocks and struts in the Stang. If I would need to bring tools I've got 'em.

Sorry, no lift, and my hydraulic jack is kaput. I was hoping to keep the garage free for whomever wants to wash/wax their Stang indoors. Its an insurance risk for me if someone got hurt working underneath a car, thats why I wanted to keep it as a bbq-wash instead of a mod party. Hope you understand and still want to stop by.

p.s. if you want help with your Stang, I can help you at your place on a Sunday, let me know.

Need to cancel the BBQ for this weekend guys and gals. I made a deal on a new location for my business and will have to spend Saturday packing up all my stuff so I can move Monday and Tuesday. Once I am settled into my new location on I35 @ Weidner, I will try to host a bbq/car wash event in the coming weeks. Thanks for understanding.
