95 2wd, 4dr, power stroke

Selling my 95 power stroke. We are in the process of buying a house and need to sell the truck. This thing will pull your house over if you need it to. Here's the run down

Truck has,
270k on BODY ONLY
100k on motor
around 30k on tranny
garret turbo
New BFG Comercial hwy tires all the way around
all the factory tow package options
It is a long bed
has two fuel tanks
goose neck hitch
all the overload springs you could ask for
Newer Ranchero adjustable shocks
CB Radio
traier brake control
spray in bed liner
COLD a/c
heat works great
cruise
am/fm cassette
tan cloth seats in real good shape, front bench with fold down arm rest
fresh oil change
new fuel filter

The cab of the truck is flawless but the guy who owned it before me hauled something that he ended up having to tie down over the bed rails and but two dents(one on each side) above the wheel wells.

Not to sure what im forgetting but just ask and I will tell. TITLE in hand.
Asking $5800 obo.

truck books for $10,100.00 in kelley blue book.
MAY due part trade.
