98 headlight adjusting??

Anyone know how to raise and lower the headlights. My driver is pointing a little low. I looked and couldn't find a adjusting screw or anything.

There are 3 adjustment needles per headlight. They look like they have a tine hex head on them. I have the special ratchet wrench for adjusting them. You should be able to find it at Sears. Once you have that it is simple.
