he doesnt even have that kinda money though, yet. he can get gears for relatively cheap, if he is just patient, and waits it out for a good set to go for cheap.. they do that alot on DFW. and, gears and full exhaust would get anyone addicted to mustangs after that.:jeff:

hey man, im not trying to "prove you wrong" as you always think i am. im just saying.. if TJ is having trouble affording the money for gears.. how can he afford the price and install of cam, and rockers? and how would he be able to afford the nitrous kit, and especially.. the motor, when he blows it up from nitrous (it happens, right rocky?)

i just know what got me addicted to my car, and figured if he did the same thing, he would also get the mod bug, and EVENTUALLY he would do the pullies and rockers (which i also did.. well, had the rockers, but had to sell to get money, and have had the pullies for a while). unfortunately, the pullies for a 99+ are ALOT more expensive than the fox. just my opinion i guess. id rather hear my car sound bad ass, and tear up the ground with some gears.:jeff:

ehh.. ive heard rockers are pretty tough to do unless you know exactly what you are doing. i dunno, personally, i respect my car, and i wouldnt want to mess it up.. id rather let someone who knows what their doing, deal with the stuff that needs adjustments, etc etc. but.. you do have a good point, its always an option to learn to do it yourself.

tighten to zero lash with 1/2 turn... full turn depending on which rockers and what they say.

yea... i agree with john, when i get the money im gonna go the route hes suggesting.... aint nothin like hollin balls and feeling it.i just gotta be patient..... i appreciate your help though snoozer,,, those are definately coming later down the road......but you know, first things first... by the way john,,,, im already addicted to my car..... i happen to be a mustang a holic.....neways i will always be a die hard stang fan... thats why i like this site so i can be around them that much more....thanx again guys
