    adding power

    I have a 2005 GT. K&N intake. X-Pipe w/cats. BBK headers. ZEK Nitrous 175 shot.Window switch, 2 step & TH400 full manual transmission.

I'm running about 11.45's. I don't want to add a supercharger. Other than changing engines hat else could I do to add power? Someone told me to stroke it and add more NOS.

First question is how much more power do you want to add? You could always forge the bottom end, and stroke it. Of course adding heads and cams will step up the game as well. If you do heads and cams you might want to add a C and L intake manifold or the new FRRP one. Just curious as to why you dont want to add a supercharger?

I am stroked and blown (procharger @ 600whp) soon to add a 150 shot. I have livernois heads with comp cams 127550.

Don't get me wrong I bought a 2005 GT for my wife with a ROUSH stage 1 and it works great. I just don't like the sound it makes.

+1. Get some ford racing or comp cams and call it a day. You should like the sound that a good pair of cams puts out.
