alarms

anyone know how to install them, a buddy gave me some audiovox alarm and i have no clue how to install it. ill pay someone if they wanna help a guy out. its in a 99 Chevy Malibu.

no they would do it but there is an employee install price. im trying to do it myself and save a lil green. maybe learn something too.

true...HOWEVER take this into account...what if something went wrong with it or someone needs to be held liable for damage or anything...who would you want to be held accountable??? not saying anything would but just in case...i would rather have a store accountable than a friend or even myself...even though it would be good to know...

there is a guy at 4503 named Doug and a guy at 3503 named Jose, either of them do a badass job when they install...regardless of liking you or not...they are two of the few people i would trust my car to for alarm install...just something to keep in mind man...

jose did the one on my truck. did a bad ass job. but this was gonna be more of a me learning thing.

i endedup doing it myself, following instructions and ended up with a nice install. works for me. nothing fancy. automatic locks.

first alarm install is fun as hell, but a pain.. and a long process... i did my mazda.. power locks, dome light security or whatever it's called... and starter kill... it was fun....
