Alternator....?

If upgrading my stock 75amp to a 130amp I can use a 94-95 130amp alternator? Is this correct? It should bolt right up. No modifications needed? Is this correct? Thanks!

well if you still have the stock alternator bracket. you need to grind it so the alternator can clear. the wiring harness you will need to cut the original connector. the two big wires need to be spliced and joined together on that new alternator hotconnection. the white little wire needs to be spliced and you need that white connector from the harness of those mustangs and other cars that have that connector. thats that little connection on the 130 alternator. i didnt have one so i just used one of those small connectors that come with those wire kits.

oh i forgot you will need a large gauge wire to connect from those two wires connected on the power connecton of the alternator to the starter relay on the starter selinoid one of those amp wires they sell in the radio kits will fit perfectly cause it has a inline fuse
