American Muscle

Im not real sure where this goes and I cant post asking in the vendor area but do we have any American Muscle reps here?

I'd like to talk with one.

Im on my 6th wheel from them and I have yet to get one that isnt damaged.
The last one I received was a used wheel with curb rash.

Dealing with people there via the phone but this is getting so freaking bad
its just horrible. All they do is say sorry and ship another damaged one.

I have never, ever, ever received such craptacular products.

They would soooo be outta business if they treated people this way so I am at a loss of what to do.

This last one they just gave me an RMA number and didnt email me a return label (as previously done) so it looks like I may have to pay to send them
back this used damaged wheel. I already have two here they havent dont that with pending UPS accepting liability.

Any reps around here wanna help me get a good undamaged new wheel (that I paid for)?

They are not currently a sponsor of LSS, and I do not believe we have any reps here.

Sorry to hear about your "craptactular" experience with them! haha

I've never had any issues with them. I've never ordered wheels from them, either though...

Well good luck. I have not had any bad experience with them, and hope I NEVER DO.
Good luck on getting your wheel issues sorted out

I have purchased two sets from AM (18" Y2k and 18" saleen) in th past plus one individual Y2k wheel b/c I cracked one due to hitting a large pot hole.

The only bad experience I had with them is the individual Y2k wheel I purchased was suppose to be a "new wheel" but ended up being a BLEM wheel meaning it had imperfections in it. When I opened the box and examined the wheel I found what looked like silver spray paint someone sprayed in the innner wheel to cover up a scuff mark. Looked bad on chrome but it was really not noticeable. AM also has an ebay account and their feedback sucks bad.... I still buy stuff from them though

My wife asked on another Mustang site and got booted for flaming a sponsor!

Talk about censorship.

Sucky part is she doesnt wanna mess with forums anymore.

Good part is a rep contacted me.

Hope I can have good news soon.

Kewl! Good luck!

And when it all gets worked out to your satisfaction; then you can post up the happy event on here ....

It's not flaming if you are only stating facts. Opinions can flame. Facts cannot.
