yea, well i researched it before, and it said they make like 60-80K straight outta college... thats good enough for me!:2thumbup:

I don't believe he had a CE degree. I am pretty sure he went to ITT or one of those trade schools for drafting/drawing.

yeah you're right... now i do remember him saying he went to ITT. but that is the line of work he is in.

my major is 'currently' civil engineering, but after two years im thinkn i might change it to mechanical..

and john, those figures u were talkin bout ($60-80k), i've done the research too and ive never come up with those numbers... maybe after a few years or so, but for a civil engrs straight outa college w/a BS the avg is ($45-60k).. still one of the highest paid jobs for students straight outa college.

anyways, good luck man! hopefully i will b joining u up there @ a&m in a semestr or two...

also, as far as the physics and calculas goes.. take em @ sac over the summer. MUCH easier!

jack works @ a civil engineering firm called "pape dawson" ..and i think he did go to some tech school, cuz i know he didnt get a degree from a 4 yr university.
