Lets just say, hypothetically of course, that my phone got "stolen" i would like to know what phone i would get.

the phone i have was discontinued about a yr ago, so i have no clue which one it would get replaced with..

my phone:SPH-A940

its a multimedia phone with a 2megapixel camera

just call the insurance company, they will tell you what you will get. just because it is discontinued doesnt mean they dont have it back stocked. I just called my friend Peter who works at the ingram location and says more than likey you will receive the same phone. Why not just sell that one and buy the one you want. Put the $50 towards your new phone

im trying to find out if they are back stocked... that way i get a new one. i want a pda type phone ya know. lol so maybe if i smash this on i will get one. this phone was like 500 when it came out lol, (i got it for 40)

i just sent him a text and he will look for you. but you know you can call the insurance compnay and they will tell you if they will be sending the same phone or if its out they will be sending something comparable

i figured if you did something like that they would mark you down as insurance fraud lol.. so when u actualy claimed it..they would be like... BAM your insurance is cancelled lol

lol no... i did it all the time. I would say my phone is broken but i wanna make sure im getting the same one because i like this phone. They would tell me what they had and if i didnt like it i would say that i needed to do research on the phone and i would call back.

What you can do is buy a broken phone for really cheap off of ebay with a clear ESN. acitivate it for a day and then report it broken.

And my friend says they still have that phone in stock. He says even some stores have it on hand for repairs.

im looking for the one that is a rectangle, has a sliding screen, with full keyboard. its also discontinued i think. they have a black updated version but i want the old one.

yeah thats the old model to my phone. The newer one is called the mogul. The old one had alot of problems. you should get a treo, mogul or a touch

yeah i use to like that one also. But i have had friends with it and had nothing but problems. I also read up on it on the internet. I love the design. thats why i bought the new one once they came out with an updated phone with all the problems fixed. y not get the mogul. it does everything it does without the problems and more.

How cheap are you gonna get it for. Ill call my friend tomorrow and how much he can get them for.
