the shifter you will need to jack the car up, or put the car on ramps. I would also suggest a metric set of ratcheting wrenches. one of the linkage bolts on the underside of the car is a BITCH to get out with just a reg wrench. i also had to cut a notch to get the shifter in through the hole. me n ray just could not figure out how to get the shifter in with out it.i know it can be done, but it kept hitting the k member on us. lol

the exhaust should be SIMPLE. i wanna say the exhaust set up for the 05+ stangs are all bolt in from the factory, so you should not have to cut the pipes like u do on an sn 95

hardest part on the cat back is getting car up enough to get that pipe bend over the axel. I lifted mine the highest it would go onjack stands and it wasnt enough on my 05.

I ended up renting a lift over off marbach at a little shop accross from the high school.

Its bolt on after that. Dont tighten it all down till you have it lined up and an equal distance with the valance/bumper on your tips.

Clear as mud??

Yup. They charged me $40 to rent it...
Took about an hour and a half to do. Most of that was waiting for the exhaust to cool.

There aint nothing North about Marbach. West side. Inside 410 -south of Culebra.
I dont remember the name of the shop.

A work buddy said they would let me use it for free and to go in and ask.
I did and the manager gave me some rediculous price.

I said "forget it" and started to drive off. He ran after me and asked if I could wait a minute. He then ascertained there was a bay not in use and so he said $40 and I agreed. Not bad but when you expect free that was pricey. Gave my bud a ration of crap over that one. End result was good and one of the techs there even lent me a hand as you really cant hold that stuff up and torq a wrench at the same time.

Ok....lets hear the weaksauce comments but really you need another set of hands.

hey Ray....I'd try that shop we had a tech day at on Pat Booker.

Your gonna have a fun time getting it over the axel sands a lift.
