Anyone done business w/ SpeedConcepts.com before?

I ordered a Cobra brake kit from them on 9/15/08. It's been almost 3 weeks now and I've only received the rotors and brake lines so far. I'm getting a bit worried. It was a $800 order!

They claim that Ford Racing has been slow on shipping. (They turned out to be a middle man that only stocks small stuff) Supposedly they shipped today 10/02/08 and should arrive in 2 business days. But, then again they said they would ship last Friday. So I'm guessing I should have them on Monday???

I keep asking for a tracking # and who is handling shipping and get no response via email. They have answered my phone calls in the past (called 6 times today with no answer) and emails, not very prompt though. We'll see...

Anybody done business with them?

I dont want to bad mouth anyone without concrete evidence to show you, but I believe others have had the same if not worse problems than you are having. I will try and find the links.

I've heard the name before but can't remember reading about any circumstances with them. Keep calling and e-mailing. Eventually somebody will answer.
