Anyone have some advice?

I was wondering anyone might have some input on what my problem might be with my truck?
My truck starts good and will run good till it heats up to about 210 degrees on the heat guage and then it will start to studder and backfire when i try to give it gas. Ive changed the coil , plugs, wires, ignition control module , cap and rotor and had the timing set and its still doing it .My truck is a 95 GMC k1500

Does the check engine light come on at anytime? My first 2 guesses would be ignition or fuel related. Since youve replaced the ignition components, check fuel next. Check the filter and fuel pressure regulator. Attach a fuel pressure gauge when the engine is cold and note the pressure at idle and compare that to what the factory specs should be. then after it warms up and starts to miss, check the pressure again.

it looks like there might be an intake manifold leak when the engine warms up but ill let yall know for sure so if you ever have this problem youll know to check that too.

lol... or a regular new gasket... leaking intakes are a fact of life... in the last month i've done 3 chevy v6 gaskets (have another scheduled for next week) and 2 ford gaskets.. and this is an extremely low volume shop... we pull through maybe 3-4k/week... not anything spectacular.

Definately could be a lean condition from a leaking manifold .
