Anyone know where i can pick up a Tremec or t56?

blew up my t5, looking for a good used tremec or t56 anyone got any ideas ?

goin in a 66 coupe with a hot 5.0 the car is on jackstands and i am about to do the interior also so i am willing to modifiy the trans tunnel more than i already have... just tired of ripping apart t5s, this is the 3rd... also i was wondering if anyone knew where i could pick up some bullitt or mach 1 seats?

yea i did the cable conversion with a firewall adjuster. main problem is i am burning cables on the new headers, they are wrapped and still burn them, i am thinking about making an aluminm sheild to protect it and hold it off the header... shelby tri-ys for refrence

I know it's kind of expensive but try steel braded fuel line. You'd have to use #10 but you wouldn't burn through it and it would still be able to flex like it needs to.

sounds good, but how the heck should i get it on there ??? split it down the side or just try and force it over the end... either way it doesnt matter right now cause the trans is still shot...noone knows anyone looking for a project 65 do they ? $500 will take it unless you have a transmission

I am a glutton for projects but I have to say no right now...I'm still recovering from my wreck (emotionally)REALLY BAD DAY
and yes force the SB line over the cable from the bottom, you'd have to find out which size will fit though #10 was just a guess...

sorry to hear about that, i feel you pain man my first 65 was totaled about 2 weeks after i got my license, old woman from corpus turned left in front of me... in a neon...how are things goin with the insurance ? any decisions yet ?

hey i just thought about this but if your insurance company totals your 03 ill trade you the 65 coupe for an irs or some seats....

trust me pics wouldnt help... the car is a complete 6 cyl with motor and trans c4, basically a rolling shell with motor and trans right now, but have every thing that is missing, it does need a drivers side floor board due to the fact that it sat next to a house on fire. however i have a title for it and all body parts. the only thing i can really think of it needing is a windsheild

Parting it out...got the ins. check and payed off the rest...allready sold the motor/trans, frt and rear bumper covers....I post the rest in Classifieds
