aod to 5sp swap?

i recently drove my friends 5speed 5.0 and loved the feeling of shifting and the way it pulls, i have way more shit then him and he still beats me, so i have come to the conclusion that i want to make mine 5speed, can someone list everything i would need to complete the swap, thanks :jeff:

I priced the conversion at The Hotrod Store and its 2000.00 out the door with a rebuilt T5. Im sure you can do it yourself for less but at least it will give you an idea.
