Apartments w/garages?

anybody know of any between 410 and 1604 reasonably close to i-10? starting to give up on the house thing, looking more into an apartment with shelter for the girl when she gets out the shop...

any bad experiences with any of them as well would be appreciated. I have a friend in the businesss but i dont want to get him all excited by asking him

It all depends on how much you're looking to spend. If you want to be out near I10 and 1604 you're looking at around $750+ a month to start with that includes a garage. Also, lots of places have detached garages and anyone can rent those. Most of the places Kelley and I visited over the last month had all of their garages rented out already and there were waiting lists. The detached garages ran anywhere from $50 to $100 a month on top of the rent.

The locator we used was great and helped us get a badass deal. Plus it's free, so might as well use it.If you want her info just let me know.

Not exactly the area your looking for, but in Live Oak right across from the theater, they opened new apts. with garages. Also in Univesal City on UC Blvd just past the PD they opened some new apts with garages. I dont know rates on either though.

there are some houses for rent in our neighborhood but we're on the far west side.
