I know a parking lot that's usually open.
It's on base though..so we'd have to go when it's dark.

actually, if youve never run before its better to start out in a slower car. this is all about the driver, not the car. a good driver in a yugo will kick the crap out of a slow driver in a Z06. and if you have mods, youll likely run in E street-prepared instead of F stock.
id like to get into it again- havent run in a LONG time. if i can scrounge up some money..

to run in stock class? pretty much. little things like catback exhaust wont make a difference, but anything much more than that....

I'd be willing to give it a shot. I used to spectate with a bunch of my buddies back home, years ago. Looked fun. I'd have a wee bit of tweaking to do before I get to it, though.

feel free to go as a spectator and ride with some of the drivers before getting your cars finished. most of the guys there are friendly and willing to give rides, share driving tips and whatnot.

Melish and Jones,
Ill be your huckleberry in my Spec Miata. ![]() Its suprising what 175 hp in an 1800 pound car with 48 inches of slick can do.(My old RS Pinto in EP) Street mod you better have your crap in a pile to be competitive, watch out for prepped BMWs also. ESP is just as bad, dont even think about Prepared or Modified.

I just want to go to have fun and do as good as I can...not to be uber-competitive.
