    This issue is affecting all static images, including but not limited to signatures and avatars.

    Never saw x's, but things just weren't showing up. It said "Bandit's avatar" or something like that, but now they are showing up again.

    FireFox does not show the Red X's, it will just not show the images. Internet Explorer will show the Red X's.

    However, the issue has been resolved and all should be well.
