Here is the list of prizes to be given away at the event:

* 2 certificates for 25% off labor
* 2 tune-up certificates. Spark plugs, oil , filter and injector flush
* 1 CMCV Delete plate away to a owner of a 05-07 mustang with install @ $95
* 2 $50 certificates off any purchase $350 or more - parts only (PMP vendors only)
* 2 certificates for free labor on any parts purchase up to $100.00 (must be PMP vendor)

But keep in mind, you must be a SilverStar member to be entered in the drawing for the prizes.

Would that include platimun plugs like most cars require now a days?
These plugs go for 10 bucks each, for an 8 cyl, thats 80 alone. And then we have iridium plugs too... lol (thats toyota).

good question Jody. I would assume yes, as they are a performance shop and they deal with high performance vehicles daily so they should be familiar with what is required. But I'll let Clay answer for sure.

Anyway, platinum is good for no mods and daily driving.
When you go adding performance, that's when you ditch the plats and go for resistor plugs!!!

not all of us are in college... and only a few plan on actually going to FFW.

so the rest of LSS would be looking for something to do.

Not In COLLEGE!? UNTHINKABLE! UNSPEAKABLE! or maybe we're IN college but are slacking with a lowly 2 classes and will have time to kill anyhow lol. Going to have to bribe someone at work to cover my sunday to go for this lol.

only 4 days untill the BBQ!

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!

I have been checking weather.com lately, and it looks a little iffy for this Sunday. weather.com is saying there is a 30% chance of rain with Isolated T-Storms this Sunday in New Braunfels.

So, with that in mind... We have decided to schedule a "rain-out" day. if it is raining on Sunday morning and doesn't look like it will clear up, we will reschedule the BBQ to Sunday, June 3... same place, same time.

The decision will be made this Sunday morning before 8am. So just check this thread before you roll out to the BBQ on Sunday if you are unsure about the weather.
