On the morning of July 3, 2010, Best Buy of Corpus Christi will be hosting the 1st Annual Car Show. This event will be held at and hosted by Best Buy for the sole purpose of raising money for the Relay for Life. All proceeds of this car show are being donated to the American Cancer Society to help continue the fight to find a cure for Cancer.
As the event coordinator of the 1st Annual Best Buy Car Show, I am submitting you this letter to respectfully request your presence at the event. Space is limited so we ask that your pre-register. Pre-registration is $20.00. Registration the day of the event is $25.00. Your sponsorship and/or donations will be strongly appreciated, advertised and acknowledged throughout Best Buy, the American Cancer Society and the entire Corpus Christi area.
