BF Goodrich Drag Radials

Anyone ever use the BF Goodrich DR's. I know slicks or ET streets are better. But, I need the driveability. I am looking at getting 315/35/17's on a 10.5" wheel.

Everyone I talk to says that BFG's are better at the track, but don't last as long as Nittos on the street. I guess the question is are you willing to sacrifice tire life for performance at the track?

Do what you want, but if you drive the car every day BFG drags are a PITA. They suck...and I mean really suck in the rain. I put a lot of miles on Nitto DR's on daily drivers and never had a problem. I hydroplaned the Cobra on BFG DRs. The tread will last 1/5 of what Nitto DRs last.
The BFG's are stickier...but do yourself a favor and mount them on separate rims.

Oh...and the BFG's pick up every rock, pebble etc on the street. Your rear quarter panels will look like shit in no time
...and forget about taking corners hard...they have no lateral grip.
