Bumper covers

mrscode3GT wants a '99 or '01 Cobra rear bumper cover. Will that just bolt on or do you need all the supports, etc off of a Cobra as well?

YUP, she wants to replace the front and the rear with cobra bumpers.

Just a question...she not like the '03 cobra front? I think it sweeter then the 99/01. IMO

Yeah, she likes them better, but holy crap the amount of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ they want for them thangs...

i would call places like alamo body and paint as well as other wrecked places to find a good bumper off a wrecked cobra ie a rear bumber from a wrecked in the front cobra my .02

Most of the time any bumper that can't be repaired at a body shop would not be worth putting on any car to begin with.Especially on the newest Mustangs.

ok no offence but i dont think you understood what i was saying i was saying that if there is a wrecked(in the front) stang then the back bumper should still be good. :fruit2:

if you get it from ford, it will have all the brackets, most aftermarket require that use remove and reuse the original brackets, i found a rear new, aftermarket for about 200.00 it cost that to paint it at alamo, it cost about 250.00 to paint the front, but it was perfect

Yeah, I found a FMS from Summit that included all hardware and fog lights for $359.00.
