The '65 was originally stick so the clutch pedal is already there but i have the 9 rear end and i dont know what yoke to use or what drive shaft i need or what clutch cable i need to use etc. if you have any suggestions on what to do please feel free to comment.

You can use the same driveshaft and yoke. As for the clutch linkage, there are kits to convert the clutch linkage to either hydraulic actuation or cable, check with some of the restoration parts suppliers.
The current combo is an '85 coupe with 302 bored and stroked to 364, Ported Twisted Wedge heads and a BXR intake, A9M ECM with a Moates chip, Doug Nash 5 spd, 4.56 gears, Hoosier 275/60/15 drag radials.
Daily driver '89 GT 302 stock block, crank, rods and pistons, ported GT-40P heads with stock valves, Ported Explorer intake, B302 cam, Z spec T5, 3.73 gears, Moates chip and no traction. Made 325 whp and 325 wtq.

hey rodrigo cvs i put the hydro clucth in my 67 mustang and other than finally bleading it it is really nice however you do not use the return spring under the dash for the original linkage the link is midnightdsigns.com/Mustang/HYD%20Clutch.htm

You need to change either the drive gear on the output shaft or the driven gear on the end of the speedo cable, also the closest gear ratio to 3.55, that was originaly available for the 9" was a 3.50. They came with 2.75, 3.0, 3.25, 3.50, 3.70, 3.89, 3.91, 4.00, 4.11, 4.31, 4.56 and 4.57 gear ratios that I know of.
