There is a contact number for SVT that you can call with your VIN and get the build number and a copy of the certificate. Used to be a free service I think now it is like 25 bucks for a copy of the cert. I dont have the # unfortunately but you may get it from someone on SVTperformance.com

The certificates and letters of authenticity for special edition vehicles are shipped to both domestic and international addresses for an appropriate fee. To obtain a vehicle build # simply call the Ford Performance Group at 800.FORD.SVT and provide them with the vehicle VIN#.
