    Exclamation car turns off on its own! need help asap!

    This has been going off n on, on my 99 gt, as soon as I turn it on it sounds like it struggling to breath or something, sounds like its got a cam lol, well it revs itself at idle n if I rev it myself it will just end up turning off, n when I rev it, the rpms take long to go back down as well, I just did the plugs, and all 02 sensors so I have no idea wat do, ford is charging me 92 to check it but idk if I should go or wat the problem can be, I need some help my babys sick

    well my alternator was the problem for me when i turned it on and it shut off like a back fire or something the code said cam sensor. take your alternator off and get it tested to see if its the diodos inside it.

    If it wasn't doing it before, I'd check all the plugs again and make sure they're gapped properly and that the coils are all properly seated down and connected. May sound stupid, but it's possible you forgot to connect all the coils and may have a bad misfire.

    Are you positive you plugged the O2 sensors in? And did you gap the plugs or trust that they were pre gapped correctly?

    as the others said, check vacuum lines as well, may have small cracks or breaks, check one at a time.

    you may have caused a vacumn leak when you were changing your plugs bud. its a possibility. our shop has a smoke tester to check for leaks. see if you can call around to the sponsors on here to see if one of them have one. we charge 35 bucks so it shouldnt be too much more anywhere else. i recommend south texas performance. chris is a good guy and roy is one of the best around.
