left dyno day yesteday and stopped by HEB. when i was leaving the brake pedal had to be depressed all the way to the floor before the brakes would would and even then it would barely stop. i looked at the brakes and on the rear driver side there is a bunch of black liquid that was all over the rotors and ground. anyone know a place to fix this today on the NW side? I would take it to max v but i know they are closed mondays and i work tuesdays so would like to try and get fixed today.

The black fluid is youre brake fluid, if you cant find a place to do it for you come by my house and we can try to figure it out. I blew out the caliper on my mustang once and I had to change the rotor and all because of it.

Get some extra fluid to have on hand while you are driving to whatever place you are going to. If you busted a hard line or softline, every time you press on the pedal you'll be dumping fluid and soon have an empty master cylinder.

Sounds like a hose or leaking caliper.
Jack it up take off the wheel and have a look see. Not to hard to change either the hose or the caliper and re bleed the system. However be careful if you run it low on fluid it ccan be a real biatch to get the air out of the ABS block

I hate that feeling. Happened to me twice in older cars in high school. Both were manual trannys luckily but the e-brakes sucked and I had to check my underwear after each episode.
