yup. i've had that problem many-a-times with my GT's 460. the only times I had issues was with burned CDs (most appear to be thicker than regular music CDs).

three ways to remove:
-unplug power to the radio, then plug back in. resets the radio (including losing your presets) and, when it goes through it's start-up cycle, it will *sometimes* kick the CD out.
-sometimes you can get tweezers (use something like paper in between the tweezers and the CD to keep from scratching the CD) and pulling the CD out.
-remove the radio and take off about 4-6 screws from the top and slide the internal CD sleeve up, then remove the CD. this is the definite way to do it. the other ways you *might* get the CD out.

Happens with the burned cds. I just use my mailbox key or a credit card.
