Changing plugs

I am going to change the plugs on my 02 GT. I was wondering if there was a particular brand that was better than the other? The only engine mod that I know of is the BBK cold air intake w/mass air sensor. Thanks for the help.

I'm partial to E3, but they are kinda expensive. i paid 60 for 8, but they give me better gas milage over the bosch ones i had. and according to powerblock on spike tv, (i know it's tv) they gave a little more horsepower than the autolite ones they had. all they did was swap the sparkplugs and got 4 hp (engine dyno).

I however have NGK TR-6 in mine due to high compression and tuned for 93 octane.

Do you really get better mileage? If so... how much?? I've been wanting to try these since they came out a few years ago when I used to work at Advance. At that time I wanted to try them on my ol' chevy truck since she only gets like 9 mpg. Since then I've thought of trying them on the car. I also saw the demo on tv and I wouldn't mind giving them a shot, just haven't heard from many people who have tried them.

To the OP... I'm still running on Motorcrafts and as Mod Man Jody said, that's all you really need unless you're highly modified... I mean... *cough*stock*cough* like Jody.

Yeah, when I worked at Advance they were an easy sell cuz most assumed they were better, but I would actually try not to sell them because of stories I heard from the actual regular mechanics we had come in and the DIYers that knew cars relatively well. They didn't stock motorcraft plugs at the time... maybe now they do...
