gears all the way. I've got plenty more mods than that, and no chip yet.

Gears, I wouldn't consider a chip unless I'm having a supercharger install. The regret factor is far less if you go with gears on an N/A car.

Stock V6'ers have a 7.5 in. rear end.

Don't know if used gears are an option, but this is a deal I saw on Ebay...

totally agree :jeff:

If you got the $, replace the whole rear end. That way you car will be ready for an engine swap when you graduate to the 4.6 :blkvnm:

3.73's or 4.10's and a t-lock. Chips are a waste of money unless your using it for tuning purposes.

How soon, that why i'm not doing any serious modding to my car is because it will be gone in a few years, and anything i get from now on ie rims are movable since i'm keeping the stockers.
