Corpus area hangouts...

I usually make like 2 or 3 trips a year to Corpus. i would like to take my stang one day,. What areas are good to cruise and hangout, especially with other stangs or domestics. Not into the import scene.

I heard right now the hang out is the old K-Mart on South Padre Island Drive.

Its been so long since went out to the car scene. It used to be at the old Albertson, now Ghatti town opened up, they use to have at the Old cine 6 parking lot. They have downtown meets, but mostly imports show up and lowriders. Few stangs and muscle cars.

I was at the Cine 6 parking lot a few times. I also heard the T-Heads was a hang out, but never went. I'm an old fart (40) and my wife has a tight leash.

Not into the import scene. __________________ 1973 Coupe: 302 bored 40 over, Forged flat top pistons, Crane Energizer 272 Cam and Springs, Worked E7 heads, Power Plus+ Typhoon intake, Holley 600 cfm, Petronix elect. ignition upgrade, Dual exhaust through Heddman longtubes and Flowmaster 40's. Stock 3.00 open rear. Hope to get: Shift Kit, Better brakes, Better Steering and Suspension, Better rear end. Dreaming of: EFI and Supercharger(turbo would work too)
