Nice, I'm working on the car for that and just ordered some new toys. Last year I had just got stationed here and it was my fist car show. I didnt win anything but it was a great car show. The diversity of cars was incredible. Hard to beat out that 95ish Orange Cobra and the Blue GT from out of town-Shane

...coe to think of it..they both have lambo doors...lol

Car show results

I'm glad you guys liked the show. The class results are sometimes a little fickle, but it was absolutely not rigged! Every entry gets a vote, and every vote gets counted. I'm working on an idea to make next years show even better.
I would like to extend a big THANK YOU to all who participated, on behalf of Driscoll Childrens Hospital and our car club. I haven't gotten a total yet, but I'm pretty sure we will be able to match last years donation.

Never said the show was rigged..but it is a popularity contest which is the ONLY explanation. Love to donate to a good cause and had a good time with all my friends but the awards are whack when a Mystichrome Cobra doesnt place over a stock GT Mustang that didnt even have the hood up or trunk. Plus its the Mustang clubs presidents car in which that Mustang club is throwing the car show. A real club wouldnt take trophies at their own annuals. But its all good ya know-Shane

I have to agree with Shane...why would the hosting club take home trophies? Seems like you could've just donated the cash you paid for the trophies to the charity......plus you make people entering the show that didnt place give it a second thought next year.

Dan honestly your club has a pretty poor reputation on the streets...just about every stang owner I have talked to says less than postive things about
the organization..just my 2 cents...which is about all its worth.

I know this is an old thread but just wanted to add a lil.......lol

Dude those pics u took about 7 of them our from our crew South Texas Mustang Club (good taste hehe) . At that show we took home quite a bit of trophies. Every year we take the 3-4 hr drive up there. Some of us don't place but still none the less we have a great time there. STMC has been going to the show for acouple of years. This year we took home an award for most club particapants......
Hope to see you'll next year.
