damn!! need help

well i was at work today and was gonna do a front brake job on my car but could not find my damn locking lugnut key, went home and looked everywhere! is there any way of taking off these lugnuts without damaging my wheels? Damn this pisses me off!!

Yes. a body shop or a tire shop can do it. Just have them take the lock off. They might do it for free if they have an hourly guy do it

yea discount has a set.. unless... are they oem? a dealer will have a set... i bet if you pay the parts dept. 10 bucks to borrow it in the parking lot and buy a new set from them...

They make a wheel lock removal set. I have one at work. Or in a fix I have taken a deep socket that fits real snug over the lock and beat it on with a BFH then use an impact to remove the lock.

That trick works best if you DONT use an impact, but its the same concept as a universal set.

I'd offer it to you or to even do it, but you ain't a local!
