Dang imports, must have been scared...

Last night i was sittin at the stoplight at Villa Maria and Briarcrest, and i hear this winding sound so i look around to see what it was. Then i gave my car some gas and i got a response from a car behind me. I couldnt tell what it was but the lights made it look like a trans am. So when the light turned green i pulled up enough so that he could get next to me and he floored it and all i heard was vrooooooooooom pshhhhhhh vrooooooooom pshhhhhhh. And then he was gone, i didn't even get a chance to have a fair run so i figured i would talk to him at the next light but he turned off on another street. But he was coming up with speed and i jumped late and he was only a half a car ahead when i started pullin, and i had 4 peeps in the car. It sucks when you got girls in the car and you lose a race, especially when they're screaming GO GO GO!!!! It ended up being a Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4. Arent those twin turbo AWD?

Yes they're twin turbo, amd AWD and run close to 320hp(not rwhp) stock. What color was it, I wanna go pick a fight??

they arent that fast stock, kinda hard to make fast too- they weigh soooo much. 4000lbs +

Yeah i heard they arent that great for mods.

the cars are really really heavy stock, takes some mods to get them moving

For a 4000+ pound car you gota give them credit though considering they are awd, twin turbo, and have the 6 speed in the standards.

an awd turbo car with a 6 speed that runs maybe high 14's stock....not impressed. great technology in the car, but poor job of using a scale.

the DSM Eclipse/Talon is a MUCH better platform for mods, but has HUGE reliability issues. Well, actually they both do, so I have not been impressed with either for a long time. I respect the Eclipse though, as I use to know several 4g63 guys with AWD cars running high 11s and low 12s (when they ran
