I currently have a house that was appraised at 60,000. It is not my homestead but would like to get either a line of credit or equity loan on it to grow my business. Has anyone on here dealt with anything like this or know of companies that do these types of loans?

the house is under my name, i have mediocre credit i beleive, but could have my partner (my dad) as a cosigner and he has great credit.

oh well then your in perfect shape. just call any large bank or credit union and they will be able to put a lien on the home and give you credit. i think my job is offering prime MINUS .75% right now on home equities if i remember correctly
