We are having problems getting the FACH 1 template for them to use for painting the black door stripes ...
I thought I could do it, but haven't been able .... Adobe is kickin' my butt!
Paint Guy's sister does vinyl (Cricket), and she says she may be able make it - I just am not getting that warm/fuzzy feeling.

Provided I can get the template I want for the stripe....
Stripes will be painted o and cleared under.
Then Ill start to put the interior/weather strippimg back on as well as trim and lights. I hope to have it road worthy pretty soon........

Well here it is in living COLOR..............
Still a few little piece parts to be finished up for it to be complete but man does it fucking look sick IMHO.......
FYI it still has to be buffed and cleared this is just the paint......
Also the body trims by the wheel opens have to go on. That is why the stripe doesnt go all the way.....The missing pieces will be in body color as will the entire bumpers (no black rubber strip on bumpers) I didnt want the wrap around black look.

Looks really great Don, but is something under the suspension on the drivers side rear that makes it look a 1' above the wheel compared to the other corners?
The parking lot isnt even the car is twisted sitting there.

It should be home tonight ... We are gonna bring it home for a little while - put some parts back on and let the paint cure some more so they can do the final buff... I guess the paint has to "cure" for a while, which gives us time to put the bumper and stuff back on!
I cannot wait to see him back in his bay - the garage looks so empty without him in there!!
I am all wiggly and excited .... the paint guy was teasing me about being giddy last night!

I got the rear bumper and the side trim pcs back on it Yesterday afternoon. Today Ill put the tail lights back on and start cleaning up all the trim pieces for the windshield and hatch glass so I can gt them all squared away. Still need to take the car back to the paint shop to have a couple spots sprayed that they and I thought would be covered by the trim when in fact they are not. Other than that the car LOOKS FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
I cant wait to get it out to biffs as soon as I get a good evening I plan take it out even if it is not 100 percent ready.

OK here is a couple of the rear end all back together. Spoiler is not bolted down tight as it has to come off again for the 2nd buff out. Also sail panels are not bolted in as you can see the spot that needs painted....
