FBody vs Mustangs - April 8th @ SAR

I've been working with the San Antonio FBody club and we got an age old race setup - Fbody's vs Mustangs. If we get a strong turn out we may see more of these events.

Here's the information:

http://www.sanantonioraceway.com/

April 8th
Gates Open: 2:00pm
Cost: $20 to race $10 to spectate
Test/Tune/Dial In: 2:30pm to 4:30pm
Heads Up Racing: 4:45pm-??

The fastest four F-Bodies and fastest four Mustangs will then run heads up with the rest falling into brackets running dial ins.

Trophies for Fastest and Bracket Winners.

The event isn't on the schedule yet but it should be posted up within the next few days.

So bring the 'Stangs - lets race!

The more the merrier. Lets make this an event to remember! I'd really like to see a strong showing from the Mustangs. If we get enough folks out there, SAR may be willing to put another event on the calendar so we can do it again.

PS - I like your sig, so true!!

TruckStang94 - I don't know what SAR's rule on this will be but you can bring it and try (I'll include this question in my email to them.)

luv2race89 - you are correct - that's bracket racing. Doesn't matter how fast you are, it's all about consistency.

The event has been added to the schedule. Not sure why it's listed as Fox body since not all Mustangs are Fox bodies, correct?
